GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Preamble
The site is the property of the company M TO MEATPACKING in its totality, as well as the whole of the rights relating to it. Any reproduction, integral or partial, is systematically subjected to the authorization of the owners. 2. Acceptance of the conditions

3. Order

4. Withdrawal

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, m.conceptstore is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of shipping and return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days.
Items on sale or on promotion are neither returned nor exchanged.

5. Price
The price is expressed in euros or in US dollars according to your geographical zone. The price indicated on the product sheets does not include the transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included and including VAT for France and EU countries. This price includes the price of the products, the handling, packaging and storage costs of the products, the transport and commissioning costs.
If you live outside the European zone, we invite you to create an account on m.conceptstore.com, to identify your postal address. Thus, our software will take into account your localization and the prices of our products will be indicated without taxes (VAT excluded).
6. Payment
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by m.conceptstore.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the effective order.

7. Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. m.conceptstore cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material or immaterial or physical, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The responsibility of m.conceptstore will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order. In case of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to look for an amicable solution in particular with the help of: a professional association of the branch, an association of consumers or any other council of his choice.
It is reminded that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. It is reminded that as a general rule and subject to the appreciation of the courts, the respect of the provisions of the present contract relating to the contractual guarantee supposes that the purchaser honors his financial commitments towards the seller.

8. Guarantee
The responsibility of m.conceptstore is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value at the date of sale, and this without possibility of recourse towards the brand or the company producing the product.
In any case, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of hidden defects (art.1625 and following of the Civil Code).
