Shipping and returns
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Once the order has been confirmed, M. undertakes to deliver all the items ordered by the purchaser to the carrier within a maximum of 4 working days. The carrier undertakes to deliver the order to the purchaser's address.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duty, value-added tax and any other taxes due under the laws of the country in which the order is received. All orders placed are intended for the personal use of customers, and customers or recipients of products are prohibited from reselling all or part of the products. M. declines all legal responsibility for any failure by the customer to pay taxes.
Delivery is made to the customer's address, with the product being handed over directly to the named recipient, or in the event of absence, to another person authorized by the customer. Any delays do not entitle the purchaser to claim damages.
If you are not present, the parcel can either be dropped off at the post office, or the carrier will contact you for a new delivery.
If you do not collect your parcel within the specified time and the order is returned to us, you will unfortunately have to pay the delivery charge again for us to reship it. If you do not wish us to reship your order, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
We calculate our delivery charges according to the weight and place of delivery. The rate will be indicated to you before your order is confirmed. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order to avoid having to pay shipping costs more than once. Please note that we cannot group two separate orders, and you will have to pay shipping charges for each of them.
M. charges the carriage costs applied by Colissimo and the other transport organizations we work with, and that we do not take any margin on these carriage costs. The delivery charges therefore correspond exactly to the shipping costs paid for your order.For the Click and Collect option, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is available, and you will have 7 days to collect it from our store. Please respect this deadline! We don't have unlimited storage capacity, so we can't hold your order beyond the 7 days.
For the Courier Delivery option, we will contact you within 72 working hours to arrange a delivery slot.
How can I track my order?
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging on to your order. Select "Order history" to track the progress of your order.

We promise to reply within 72 working hours. Please note that our social network accounts do not manage order tracking. This is the only e-mail address to use if you have any questions about order tracking.
How do I return my order?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have a maximum of 14 days to return your item, together with the invoice for your order. m.conceptstore is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of shipping and return costs. The refund is due within 15 days to your credit card if you paid by credit card, or to your paypal account if you paid by paypal.
Similarly, for reasons of hygiene, slippers cannot be returned or exchanged.
